Special Members Meeting and January Board of Directors Meeting January 30, 2024 1:00 p.m.

The Special Members Meeting and the January Board of Directors Meeting is Tuesday, January 30th at 1:00 p.m. The Special Members Meeting will start at 1:00 p.m. and the January Board of Directors meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. The agenda for both meetings is attached and the Zoom information can be found below. It is the same Zoom link and Meeting ID for both meetings.

As you know, we will be voting on the Vehicle Parking amendment. I have attached the proposed amendment and the Limited Proxy once again. Remember, you can vote early by Limited Proxy (it is attached) OR you can vote IN PERSON at the meeting by ballot.

Becky and I will be in the Clubhouse at noon to start check in and hand out ballots to those residents that have not voted by Limited Proxy. When you come to the meeting there will be TWO check in tables. One at the east entrance of the Clubhouse which will be the check in for WESTWOOD residents and one at the west entrance that will be the check in for GARDEN residents. Please enter the porch according to your address so that we can try to keep everything as organized and as smooth as possible. Remember, it will also take time to tally the votes so please bring your patience too. 😉
