SPECIAL MEMBERS MEETING TO VOTE ON ROOFING MATERIALS

VERY IMPORTANT!

On Monday, April 14th, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. in the Tequesta Garden
Clubhouse we will be having a Special Members Meeting of the Association
for the purpose of voting on which roofing material should be used to
replace our current asphalt shingle roofing. The meeting will also be
held on ZOOM (ZOOM link can be found below).

Attached to this email is an entire packet which details the
process and procedures for choosing the new roofing materials!

PLEASE READ IT IN ITS ENTIRETY!

Also attached is the Limited Proxy.

The Limited Proxy is very important and helps us to establish a quorum. In order to obtain a quorum association members must be present, in person or by proxy in order for the vote to be valid. It is VERY important that you either attend in
person or provide the limited proxy. SO….If you are NOT able to attend the meeting in person, PLEASE fill out the
Limited Proxy. You must fill out your address, appoint your proxy (check
a or b), cast your vote, date and sign. You can email it to me at
daryl@tequestagarden.com, drop it off at the office OR send it to
Tequesta Garden 10 Westwood Avenue Tequesta, FL 33469. I will also have
hard copies in the office if you do not have a printer. Remember we must
have your vote before 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.If you are able to attend the meeting, you can vote by ballot AT the
meeting or if you prefer, you can vote early by Limited Proxy and still
go to the meeting. Each unit only gets ONE vote.After reading all of the material and you still have questions, please
