My Safe Florida Home Program – Now Open for Unit Owners

Great news for our residents!
The State of Florida’s My Safe Florida Home program is now accepting applications from individual condominium unit owners. This program helps homeowners strengthen their property against hurricanes while potentially lowering insurance costs.

What the Program Offers

• FREE wind-mitigation inspection conducted by a state-approved inspector

• A detailed report showing recommended improvements

• Up to $10,000 in matching grant funds for approved home-hardening upgrades

• Priority consideration for senior homeowners

This program is particularly beneficial for our 55+ community because older homeowners receive earlier placement for inspections and funding.

Who Can Apply

All unit owners in our community may apply individually.
(You do not need association approval to request your inspection.)
